About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Transportation Manager to oversee daily transportation operations. This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at problem-solving, and can build strong relationships with drivers, schools, and internal teams.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually
Location: Fridley Terminal
Schedule: Flexible hours, including early mornings and occasional weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support drivers while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Manage daily routes, optimize efficiency, and address coverage issues as they arise.
• Serve as the primary contact for schools, resolving concerns and ensuring top-tier service.
• Work closely with dispatch, safety, and fleet teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, breakdowns, and incidents.
• Maintain accurate administrative records and streamline operational processes.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in school bus transportation or a related field.
• Knowledge of DOT and state regulations.
• Proficiency with routing software, GPS tracking, and Microsoft Office.
• CDL with School Bus (S) and Passenger (P) endorsement (or willingness to obtain).
