**Overview** **Job Summary Details:** **Cart Driver** - It is similar to the Wheelchair assistant position. Passengers use the cart if they need some additional assistance. It is very customer service focused, and the candidates will be assisting the passengers on and off the cart (golf cart) and with their luggage if needed. (Candidate needs to be energetic and have customer service experience) Shift: Sat- Wed 4am- 12:30pm $14.70 + Tip (Range from $25- $100 a shift) ***MUST HAVE VAILD DRIVERS LICENSE"** Cart Driver , also known as the Wheelchair Agent, fulfills airline passenger service obligations for passengers who require or request wheelchair assistance. Passenger services positions are very customer service-oriented and "tipping" is allowed and customary. Wheelchair Agents who provide extraordinary customer service are known to increase their earning potential between $25-$100 per week. **Benefit Information:** ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package. For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) **Basic Qualifications:** - Must be 18 years of age or older - No high school diploma, GED or college degree required - No experience required and on the job training provided **Preferred Qualification:** - One (1) year of customer service experience preferred **Responsibilities:** - Follow safety precautions at all times while transporting passengers - Positive interpersonal interaction with passengers - Comply with all client and/or site security requirements and processes - Safely transport passengers in wheelchairs from their retrieval point to their desired destination within the client site or grounds - Assist passengers with baggage retrieval and transport, if necessary - Coordinate assignments with dispatchers and gate Agents, if necessary - Complete thorough Incident Reports A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
