Job Description

Atlantic Staffing Consultants seeks a reliable Entry-Level Forklift and Skid Steer Operator with at least one year of experience to join our team on the night shift (10 pm —6 am) . Following a successful temp-to-hire period, this position offers an opportunity for long-term employment with a reputable company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and skid steers safely and efficiently.

• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.

• Assist with other tasks as needed, as directed by management.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of forklift and/or skid steer experience (both preferred but not required).

• Steel-toed boots are required on your first day.

• Strong attendance record and willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.

• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects as required by the role.

• Ability to sit and operate equipment safely.

• Above-average communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled facility.

• Pre-employment drug screening and background check required, including criminal and employment verification.

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (E-Verify used).
