Job Title: Human Resources Generalist  

Department: Corporate

Job Overview: The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations and assisting in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives. This role provides expertise and support in various areas, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, and onboarding new employees. 
• Support employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues in a fair and consistent manner. 
• Administer HR programs and policies, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. 
• Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. 
• Assist in performance management processes, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans. 
• Help administer benefit programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations; liaise with benefits providers. 

Requirements/ Skills:   

• 2–4 years of experience in a human resources role. 
• Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment law. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., Vensure, Paychex Flex, etc.).MS Office Suite 
• Normal work hours with some flexibility based on operational needs. 
• Detail oriented  
• Demonstrated ability of high-quality, accurate work
