AMADA’s Caregivers Provide - Care to our clients at a professional level
- Companionship and conversation
- Assistance to seniors to help with their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing and toileting
- Light housekeeping / laundry / meal prep
- Transportation
- Medication reminders
AMADA's Ideal Caregiver Will Have - A true passion for caregiving and a desire to help others
- Pride in providing excellent client care and customer service
- Empathy, patience, and a compassionate nature
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Willingness to provide and accept constructive feedback
- Proven experience as a caregiver, preferably with seniors
- Clear background check and references
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and proof of insurance
- CPR and First Aid certification (or complete within first 30 days of employment)

Physical Requirements - Ability to lift and transfer clients safely (if necessary)
- Stamina to stand, sit, and engage in physical activities for extended periods
- Visual and auditory acuity to monitor clients' well-being
- Non-Medical Care (Toileting, Bathing, Dressing, Ambulation, Transportation, Meal Prep, Hands-On Feeding, Companionship, Transferring, Lifting, and more)
Working Hours - Working hours may vary based on the needs of the client. This role may include evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
